Custom Facial
Each client appointment will begin with an initial consultation to determine the best skin care products and treatment plan for the session to allow for a personalized experience.
The facial treatment includes application of a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, hot towels, toner, mask, serum, moisturizer, SPF and incorporates a facial massage. Extractions are completed as needed.
This appointment will also include a skin analysis and home care suggestions to allow each patient to get on track to meet their skin care goals

Oxygen Facial
This treatment utilizes the PCA skin oxygenating trio system. It is a three-step system designed to promote a radiant and healthy glow by stimulating oxygen and circulation within the skin in
order to rejuvenate sluggish, stressed or acne affected skin.
This treatment is ideal 2-3 days prior to a special event. It draws oxygen to the skin’s surface producing a rosy flush and a rapid warming sensation, resulting in a radiant healthy look. It is a great alternative to a chemical peel.
Best results are seen after a series of 6 treatments.

Micro- Needling
Micro-needling is a minimally invasive collagen induction procedure used to rejuvenate skin, reduce acne scars, and minimize enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, and pigmentation concerns. It is safe for all skin types as it produces new collagen without causing scarring

Dermaplane Facial
Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive treatment that uses a medical-grade scalpel to remove the top layer of dead skin and vellus (peach fuzz) hair. It reduces the appearance of acne scars, diminishes the look of fine lines and wrinkles, and helps to increase penetration of active ingredients.

Botox® Treatments
Offering mobile Botox service
Botox Cosmetic works beneath the surface of the skin and temporarily reduces the underlying
muscle activity that causes moderate to severe frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead lines in
adults. This allows for reduced appearance of these fine lines and wrinkles, resulting in a refreshed,
rejuvenated and youthful appearance.
Each appointment and/or Botox party will include education on Botox by Allergan, our medical
grade skin care products, PCA Skin and Skin Better, as well as our medical-grade skin care
make-up line; Jane Iredale.
Carrie will provide individualized consultation and facial mapping to determine the precise
injection location and proper dosing for optimal results. These appointments will also include home care suggestions that include post-injection care along with care of the skin to allow each patient to get on track to meet their skincare goals.
Retail medical-grade skincare and make-up will also be available at each party/appointment.

about the program
Our medical weight loss program is geared towards those who have a desired weight loss goal and have not been successful with previous strategies.
The goal of this program is to help our patients achieve weight loss while learning healthy lifestyle habits to help sustain the weight that they lose.
We do not recommend prescribing weight loss medication long term in most cases. Our goal is to get our patients to their goal weight, and while they are on their weight loss journey, we work diligently to equip you with healthy eating and exercise habits that allow for a positive lifestyle change in order to maintain the weight loss once the course of medication is complete.
Once you have reached your desired weight loss amount, we transition to weight loss maintenance. These appointments are less frequent and are there to allow patients to have a continued support system to help maintain weight loss along with healthy nutrition and exercise.
Weight loss medications
We utilize Semiglutide or Tirzepatide to medically facilitate weight loss.
We also offer vitamin/peptide supplements including Vitamin B12 or MICC injections which contribute to increased energy and additional weight loss.
Our diet program utilizes a calorie deficit, further broken down into daily macronutrient goals.
Our exercise recommendations are geared to be easily attainable, even for a busy lifestyle.
Semiglutide
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist originally developed for treating type 2 diabetes. It mimics a hormone that regulates appetite and glucose metabolism.
How it Helps with Weight Loss:
It reduces appetite and slows gastric emptying. This in turn contributes to increased feelings of fullness and decreased hunger.
How it is administered:
Once weekly subcutaneous injection.
Tirzepatide
Tirzepatide is a dual peptide, activating two hormone receptors, GLP-1(glucagon-like-peptide-1) and GIP (glucose-dependent insulin tropic polypeptide). It also is used to treat type 2 diabetes and has also been found to be effective for weight loss. Some clinical trials have shown that it is more effective for weight loss than semaglutide, however it does tend to cost a bit more.
How it Helps with Weight Loss:
This works by increasing glucose dependent insulin and decreasing inappropriate glucagon secretion as well as slowing gastric emptying and decreases feelings of hunger.
How it is administered:
Once weekly subcutaneous injection
MICC Injection
MICC helps support fat loss by increasing overall energy. It can help reduce fat deposits and accelerate metabolic processes. This injection includes methionine, inositol, choline, and cyanocobalamin.
How it is administered: Once weekly via IM injection
Vitamin B12 Injection
Vitamin B12 helps to utilize fats and carbohydrates for energy and make new proteins. It is important in maintaining metabolism, making red blood cells, and nerve function. It can be used to assist with weight loss if combined with semaglutide or tirzepatide.
How it is administered: IM injection weekly or monthly
